Payments

Payment terms are outlined in project agreements. Late payments may pause work until balances are settled. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Intellectual Property

Ownership terms are defined in project agreements. Unless otherwise specified, GoSimple retains ownership of pre‑existing tools, templates, and frameworks used to deliver the work. Upon full payment, clients receive the rights to the final deliverables as agreed.

Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as needed to deliver services or comply with law.

Warranties & Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the website or delivered systems will be error‑free or uninterrupted. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to address issues within the scope of our agreements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoSimple will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant services.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement according to its terms. Upon termination, outstanding fees for work completed are due.
